I cannot get the Samsung PC Studio to connect my USB. The phone will not connect. I downloaded the drivers for version 3.2.1 and then I downloaded Samsung PC Studio 3.2.1 and plugged in my usb which was connecting because new hardware was recognized on my computer. However, when I opened PC Studio 3.2.1 it did not connect. This was the case even after I hit connect under USB. Please help.
