Someone suggested I EXPLORE the PC Studio CD instead of first just installing. With the EXPLORE went to the PC Studio folder and inside found a setupSelector, right clicked an went to PROPERTIES. I then changed the compatibility to XP. This got the program to load on VISTA. It still, then wouldn't find a COM PORT. So it still doesn't work. I'm now trying to change every application I can find to be XP compatible to see if that helps.
