BTW Setting the Port map to Copy/Move will provide the default when you connect the USP cable between your PC and PHone. If theis is set to ask then 3 options will appear. 1.) sync to phone, 2.) sync to Memory, 3.) copy/move files. Why use the firlt 2 options when the 3 is the one that connects it all for you.
U450 and PC Studio does not connect with the PC studio USB software even with memory upgrade to 4 gig.... But with 4 gig memory I can see the PH memory in My Computer. By doing so I can use the PCS Phone Explorer and look in My Computer Find the Memory Icon KFAT0 drive:..... Open removeable drive and find all the MY sub folders in the phone's expanded memory. It all looks a smooth as any external expansion drive... PCS is just a false front for my taste. Simplier and easier is to just block copy past files from PC to PHONE MEMORY and Visa Versa. It will help to set the port map USB (MTP,MS) set it to Copy/move files. Have the USB cable connected to the PH and PC. Both PC and PH turn. The on mass storage should connect Automatic. If not Main Menu setting & tools, tools and USB Mass storage. You do need a memory expansion chip Micro SD. PC STUDIO for my U450 is useless as a boat with only one ore. No USB Drivers are needed for this access.
This page has a big button saying "Free Download" of Samsung USB drivers. This is a lie - the link takes you to a download page for something called Driver Robot - it loads on to your machine and (inevitably) finds loads of "critical" updates, prompts you to register and then wants you to pay £19 to purhcase the service before you can download anything! Samsung - either you have been duped by this crowd or you are in cahoots - either way, shame on you - I am looking for an updated USB driver for your phone so that it works with my PC - not another piece of scam-ware.

I downloaded it, got my USb driver updated, but it says my phone isn't connected. I don't know how to connect my phone to the program. I have a Samsung SCH-r410 and I connected hte phone with a USB. I have all the settings right but I'm lost.

PC Studio quits working after one file transfer to the computer from the picture or video section of my Samsung A737 phone. I am using version 3.2.1 GK2. I have to reboot the computer and then reconnect. Plus it won't even transfer my 3rd video file to the computer. UGH! I have Vista home premium. I give up!
