I downloaded it, got my USb driver updated, but it says my phone isn't connected. I don't know how to connect my phone to the
program. I have a Samsung SCH-r410 and I connected hte phone with a USB. I have all the settings right but I'm lost.

I have a Vista also, we have no more XP in our house hold. Help?

PC Studio quits working after one file transfer to the computer from the picture or video section of my Samsung A737 phone. I am
using version 3.2.1 GK2. I have to reboot the computer and then reconnect. Plus it won't even transfer my 3rd video file to the
computer. UGH! I have Vista home premium. I give up!

Samsung PC Studio is good if you are running Windows XP. I have Vista, now and it doesn't work. There doesn't seem to be an
upgrade that I can find.
