Try to remove previous versions of the software and perform a clean install. The PC Studio version released for this phone support Windows Vista as being the most compatible OS where it could be installed. Download another package and install it using Run As Administrator. If you don't use this option, the software will be installed with minimum capability and the drivers will be missed from installation. Connect the phone and Windows will recognize it and install its drivers.

Everything indicates that this is a case of program discontinued without support and full of mistakes.
It happens when the companies notice that will profit in the same way updating or no their softwares or when they don't notice the need of corrections.

While using PC Studio, simply plug the phone to the computer through the USB cable provided. If there are available firmware updates, you will be prompted to accept or deny it. If you proceed, make sure you follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
